Chatham Housing and Meal plan, Spring term-estimate, $5500 per semester. Students planning to live on-campus, must pay a non-refundable Housing deposit to register for campus housing.

Non-campus housing: Living situations vary. If you are planning to live off campus, you will need to budget for rent, utilities, food, and other expenses. The estimate is around $6000 a semester.

Books and other expenses: $1750 per 14-week term. (includes health insurance)
