Estimated Costs: Costs are estimated for 2021.

Chatham Housing and Meal plan, Fall term-estimate, $5000 per semester. Students planning to live on-campus, must pay a non-refundable Housing deposit to register for campus housing.

Non-campus housing: Living situations vary. If you are planning to live off campus, you will need to budget for rent, utilities, food, and other expenses. The estimate is around $6000 a semester.


Books and other expenses: $1500 per 14-week term. (includes health insurance)

July 1 if you are outside the U.S and need to apply for a visa

August 15 for those who are in the United States. Students who do not need immigration documents can apply at any time.

Students on the F1, or F2 visa should apply as soon as possible. Your immigration status should allow for your SEVIS record to transfer in ACTIVE status before our mandatory orientation date (August 17th).
