Chatham Housing and Meal plan, Summer term-estimate, $3500. Students planning to live on-campus, must pay a non-refundable Housing deposit to register for campus housing.

Non-campus housing: Living situations vary. If you are planning to live off campus, you will need to budget for rent, utilities, food, and other expenses. The estimate is around $1000 a month.


Books and other expenses: $1250 for a 10-week term. (includes health insurance)
